Broker Notes

This sturdy Colvic Watson Narvic 35, designed by George Watson and built by JJ Marine of Southampton in 1981 to an immensely strong specification, is a true live-aboard cruiser, also capable of extended voyaging.
The easily handled ketch rig has furling headsails, in-mast furling mainsail and a mizzen with lazyjacks (all fairly recent sails) - all controls leading aft to the outside helm station, including mainsheet and track controls to Spinlock clutches.
This yacht has a blend of seagoing capabilty, comfortable accommodation and traditional attractiveness, enhanced by bold sheer with deep bulwarks, tan sails and a spacious deck house with all-round visibility.
Accommodation is comfortable and almost luxurious in a traditional sense, with an abundance of teak lockers and shelves extended to the well-equipped galley, which will delight the ships cook.
With 240v power, the galley has fridge and freezer, plus Force 10 cooker and microwave, with a traditional heater to keep the cabins warm.
Overall maintenance has been to a high standard under present ownership, particularly during the past ten years or so.
Vendor is now selling only through advancing years and this sturdy yacht is being sold in splendid operational condition.
